- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with The Good Lead ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a provider of web design, web development, community managing, SEO, software development, and AI development and training services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Services
We offer a range of services, including, but not limited to:
a. Web Design b. Web Development c. Community Managing d. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) e. Software Development f. AI Development and Training
The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
- Payment Terms
Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, and late fees may apply to overdue payments.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the work product created by us during the provision of our services, including but not limited to designs, code, and software, will remain our property until payment is received in full. Once payment is received, we will grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the work product for your business purposes.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the course of providing our services. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, customer data, and technical information.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of these Terms and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Good Lead be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
